N. E. view of the Manuel Feliz adobe in 1935. Entrance, windows and roof are visible. It was the home of Manuel Felix and his wife Josefa Peralta daughter of Juan Pablo Peralta I. It was a twelve room adobe "a long, double width structure with corridor and sleeping loft and the ususal adobe corral and garden enclosure," of which only three rooms were preserved. It was rebuilt by E. Walter Pyne who replaced some of the lumber, covered parts of the wall with lumber, and plastered part of the adobe wall with cement.
