Transcription: "Fabric for this costume should be light weight gabardine with some stretch to facilitate dancing. Uniform pockets may be faked. Collar has red tabs. Shorts have elastic waist and may have dance suspenders. Tights should be flesh colored and shiny. Toe shoes are pink. Leggings are pull-on. Arm bands are red with black Chinese writing. Belt is brown with brass buckle. Cap has small red star. "4 CHORUS DANCERS", "WOMEN'S MILITIA", "ACT 2/2" written on mounting paper.
