Description
Scope/Content: Typed report, including data tables and black-and-white photographs, detailing inspection of Colorado River levee systems, including the Imperial Irrigation District Levee System, Allison East-side Levee System and Rodriguez Levee. The report also includes a section on "the controversy regarding responsibility for maintenance of the levees" including information on the Pescadero Cut. This section includes the full text of the Pescadero Cut agreement between the Colorado River Land Company and the Imperial Irrigation District. The report is appended by a memorandum to Adams from R. M. Priest.
