Caption from different image that was published in newspaper states "FIGHTING HEAVY ODDS-Billy Webb, who'll be 2 on June 15, helps baby sister, Angelica, 9 months, to walk across room at their home in Gardena. Billy was the area's first known victim of deformities caused by thalidomide drug and had six operation since the first five months of life and he may face more."
