NO campaign: NO demonstrates what is not democratic. NO urges Chileans to say NO to censorship. Depictions of the effects of exiled Chilean families, including children. NO states that there is still hope for a new, improved Chile. Mockery of the YES campaign. YES campaign: Depiction of extreme street violence caused by voting NO. Operation Siglo 20, the Sept. 7, 1986 attempt to assassinate Pinochet, Pinochet's account of the assassination attempt against him and emotional testimony of a widow left behind by the assassination attempt. The fight against domestic terrorism. Avanzada Nacional advocates for YES as a form of Chilean patriotism. Negative depictions of NO campaign.
