Habiéndose cometido la equivocación al redactar el decreto de 17 de Febrero último de comprender entre los puertos del mar del sur que quedaban abiertos para solo el comercio de cabotaje, el puerto de Navachiste, situado en el golfo de Californias, y que por lo tanto debió incluirse entre los de Altata, Cabo de S.
