Santa Ana Journal Cooking School, November 13, 14, 15, 1935. Crowd waiting outside (Broadway) theater. Cars are parked outside. Note on the back of the photo: "...waiting for admittance 1 hr 15 min (8:15 am) before school started; theater, holding over 1800, packed 40 min before school; overflow crowd of 1000 plced in Legion Hall, 2 blks from theatre, where proceedings were re-broadcast by remote control theatre.
