Description
Poulsen Wireless Telephone and Telegraph Company stock certificate, issued November 16, 1909 to C. F. Elwell, for two million four hundred and eighty nine thousand 990 shares, signed by R. W. Barrett, secretary and C. F. Elwell, president. Certificate No. 75. After differences with other directors, Elwell left the company in 1913. Neither he nor the original Stanford-Palo Alto investors made a profit from their investment in the company.
