Photograph article dated February 22, 1964 partially reads, "President Lyndon B. Johnson, covering a broad spectrum of American foreign affairs problems in a Los Angeles address, poked at Sen. Barry Goldwater today for proposing the use of Marines in the Guantanamo water dispute with Fidel Castro. Johnson and President Adolfo Lopez Mateos of Mexico were guests of honor at an outdoor Charter Day convocation marking the 96th anniversary of the founding of the University of California on the UCLA campus in Westwood." President Lyndon B. Johnson and Adolfo Lopez Mateo are greeted by ROTC men at UCLA.
